Where does Hazel Coasts ship from?

Unless other arrangements have been made, Hazel Coasts ships most orders from Florida.

What is your shipping policy?

DOMESTIC

Hazel Coasts ships to all of the United States. A flat $10 shipping charge applies on all orders within the US. Domestic shipments for stocked goods typically take 3-5 days for delivery from the date of order placement. Exceptions may apply for out of stock or custom made orders. Once an order is placed and shipment is arranged, the tracking information will be emailed to you so you may trace its progress.

INTERNATIONAL

Hazel Coasts ships to most countries outside of the United States. Shipments to Canada and Mexico have a flat $30 shipping charge. Shipments to all other countries have a flat $50 shipping charge. International shipments are subject to import duties and delivery country VAT. International shipments for stocked goods typically take 7-10 days for delivery from the date of order placement. Exceptions may apply for out of stock or custom made orders, as well as any unforeseen customs clearance delays. Once an order is placed and shipment is arranged, the tracking information will be emailed to you so you may trace its progress.

What is your return and exchange policy?

DOMESTIC

All standard, in stock items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please send an email request with the reason of your return or exchange to info@hazelcoasts.com. We will email you back with instructions and a prepaid return shipping label in the case of a return.

All returned items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. All returned items must include original tags and packaging.

Approved returns are refunded in the original method of payment within 3 days of receiving and accepting the return in good condition. Shipping costs paid on the order are not refunded.

INTERNATIONAL

All international orders are final sales.
